Jason Owen, CPO, Branch Manager
Jason is a CPO based out of NEBCO’s Manchester office.  Jason is highly skilled at creating custom orthotic and prosthetic solutions tailored to the individual needs of his patients and works tirelessly to ensure a proper fit and a positive outcome.  

 Jason earned his Orthotic & Prosthetic certificates from George Brown College/Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto, Ontario, Canada after graduating with a four year kinesiology degree from the University of Western Ontario.  He received his orthotic certification in March, 2005 (CO-4356) and prosthetic certification in March, 2006 (CPO-02697).



Staci L. Dorr, PT, CO
Staci brings twenty years of experience in the field of rehabilitation medicine to NEBCO.  Staci is an expert in cranial remolding orthoses and scoliosis management and is widely respected as a skilled and experienced clinician.

Before beginning her career in orthotics & prosthetics in 1998, Staci was a staff physical therapist at Youville Hospital, in Cambridge, MA, Santa Maria Hospital, in Cambridge, MA, Wendy Wood and Associates, in Cambridge , MA , and Southern New Hampshire Regional Rehabilitation Center, in Nashua, NH. Staci graduated with a bachelor of science degree and certificate in physical therapy from Simmons College in 1985.  She received her certificate in orthotics from Northwestern University in 1998. Staci was certified in Orthotics by The American Board for Certification in Orthotics & Prosthetics in 2001 (cert # CO-3116). Staci is currently a member of the Board of the New England Chapter of The Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists and well as the NCOPE Residency Director for NEBCO. 



Gary Hebert , Orthotist, C.Ped.
Gary has over twenty-five years of experience in orthotic and pedorthic related care. Gary began with NEBCO as an orthotic technician in 1974 and became a staff practitioner at our Manchester office in 1987. Gary completed the Ball State University pedorthic program in 1977, and shortly after became certified in pedorthics by The Board for Certification in Pedorthics in 1977 (cert# BCP-261).  He is also a member of The Prescription Footwear Association.

Gary specializes in the treatment of diabetic foot disorders and is actively involved in the wound care clinics at the Elliot Hospital and CMC.
